中国就越通过《越南海洋法》提出严正交涉

　2012年6月21日，外交部副部长张志军召见越南驻华大使阮文诗，就越南国会审议通过侵犯中国领土主权的《越南海洋法》向越方提出严正交涉。

张志军指出，中国对西沙群岛、南沙群岛及其附近海域拥有无可争辩的主权，《越南海洋法》把中国西沙群岛和南沙群岛包含在所谓越南“主权”和“管辖”范围内，严重侵犯了中国的领土主权，中方对此表示强烈抗议和坚决反对。越方采取使问题复杂化、扩大化的单方面行动，违背了两国领导人共识和《南海各方行为宣言》的精神，不利于南海地区的和平稳定。越方上述做法是非法和无效的，中方将坚定维护国家领土主权。中方要求越方立即停止并纠正一切错误做法，不做任何危害中越关系和南海和平稳定的事情。
